At Tortilleria Nixtamal, all of our dishes are inspired from one of our staff based on the foods they prepare for their families in their own kitchens.
Our menu is simple. It is designed with the intention to deliver the highest quality flavor sure to leave you full, yet wanting more. Every weekend we make specialty items, including tacos al pastor cooked on an up-right rotissorie, carnitas slow cooked in a large vat, and one surprise item, such as clacoyos, shrimp tacos, milanesa, and other unique mexican foods.
