Tortilla production occurs from 4:00am to as late as 12pm, every day. You can drop by any time after 7am to pick up fresh,hot tortillas or other nixtamal products.
If you plan to purchase tortillas after 4pm, please call ahead so that we can hold your order, as it not uncommon for us to sell out.
